Online classes to continue for TMHS on Tuesday

Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - Online learning will continue at Thunder Mountain High School for Tuesday, April 20, after three positive cases connected to the school were identified over the weekend.

As of Tuesday evening, the school is expected to return to in-person learning on Thursday.

Some activities will be paused during this time. "The wrestling and boy's soccer teams will not practice this week, as members complete quarantining and testing requirements but all other activities are approved to continue this week," said Kristin Bartlett, chief of staff for the Juneau School District.
